GOB is a new technology for LED display screen products.
GOB Technology is an innovative sealing on module surface with an epoxy Glue. It is a great protecting of the LED on the LED Modules from Water, dust and damage.
Waterproof, Shockproof and Dustproof
The GOB can be adapted to any harsh environment with a small gap to achieve true moisture, water, dust, impact and UV resistance.
High Waterproof Level
The GOB LED Screen P1.25 P2 LED Module' surface is sealed with innovative glue. The LED on the LED module can be well protected from water. The lamp surface is covered with advanced new materials to provide effective protection. Ultra-high waterproof grade IP65.
High Shockproof Level
Special-designing dash-proof glue able to have shock-proof function, offering ultra high protection for LEDs in the various impacts.
High Dust-Proof Level
With high sealing performance of new material, the GOB LED screen panel is totally dust-free with excellent clarity and offers excellent visual effect with high refresh rate and uniformity color.
Excellent Visual Performance
The new material glue does not only has ultra-high transparency but also has excellent thermal conductivity. Compared with traditional LED modules. GOB LED Screen P1.25 P2 LED Modules can also provide lifelike colors and a visual appearance.
Can Used for Flexible LED Panel
GOB technology can not only be used for traditional LED display modules but also can be applied to the LED soft module. This feature can perfectly protect soft LEDs as soft LED panels don't have masks.
The production steps of the GOB series new products are roughly divided into 3 steps:
1. Choose the best quality materials, lamp beads, industry ultra-high brush IC solutions, high quality LED chips
2. After the product is assembled, aging for 72 hours before GOB filling, the lamp is tested
3. After the GOB is filled, it will be aged for another 24 hours to confirm the product quality again.
